I recently referred my girlfriend to Hellertown Dental group. She needed 6 teeth in the front to be crowned. She requested as I did to meet with Doctor Ann to do such a big job (4 hour appointment). As a therapist, my girlfriend had to cancel all her appointments for this 4 hour session. Upon showing up for her appointment, she was scheduled with one of the newer young dentist. The young dentist came in, felt uncomfortable doing such a detailed procedure and took it upon herself to fix a cavity and another small procedure not scheduled. My girlfriend continued to ask why she wasn’t placed with doctor Ann. This is all after paying almost 9 thousand dollars. The office manager was extremely difficult and defensive. We insisted the procedure be done by doctor Ann as requested. ( after all ,I did originally send her there because I did like doctor Ann. The office manager refused to make the change EVEN after letting her know she was extremely uncomfortable with the dentist who refused to do the procedure. The office manager even made my girlfriend cry during a phone conversation, saying “whoever started the procedure needs to be the one who continues the procedure “. WHAT? We paid almost 9,000 to get an inexperienced dentist who herself was not comfortable working on the front of her mouth. The office manager made things worse by not admitting she scheduled her with the wrong dentist, and then refused to switch us the the dentist we requested. I think she enjoys the power trip. Needless to say, we switched dentist, found someone to do the procedure for thousands less, and do an extra tooth to boot. I’ll never go there or recommend that office again.

From the time you walk in you will feel welcome. Dr Kali and Katie are the best. They make you feel comfortable. Talking with Katie I forgot I was at the dentist getting my teeth clean. I would recommend Hellertown Dental to anyone who is looking for a good dentist. Erica Positive E

Hellertown Dental is the best! From check-in to check-out I know I am in competent, professional hands. From the equipment used to the techniques employed, the dentists and dental assistants have only the best interests of the client in mind and are up-to-date on the latest technologies. There is always an awareness of current and appropriate protocol to follow for client safety and health as well.

You get very personalized attention at Hellertown Dental Group. The waiting area is very welcoming and getting an appointment is usually handled promptly. I purchased OralB Pro 1000 to replace my old OralB. The charging base is more compact, but the old one had storage space for the cord, which was useful. The toothbrush oscillates faster and I like that very much.
